Chinese Qi Gong Tui - Na (Acupressure)

Chinese Qi Gong Tui - Na (Acupressure) Therapy is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine which dates back to 2,500BC. According to Traditional Chinese medicine, “Qi” is the essence of life. When “Qi” flows freely in a person’s body the person is in good health. At “Amy Nature Center”, our Qi Gong Tui-Na Therapists use hand techniques to manipulate the various acupressure points and meridian lines throughout the patient’s body in order to stimulate and balance “Qi” in the patient.
Having Chinese Qi Gong Tui-Na Therapy Treatments on a regular basis can help to improve your immune system and keep you in top form. We also work to relieve numerous symptoms which include: stress, insomnia, poor digestion, menstrual discomfort and muscle pains due to sports injury or accident.

Qi Gong Tui - Na Back & Foot Rub helps:

  • Back & Neck Pain

Foot Reflexology Treatment

Foot Reflexology Treatment is the precious heritage of the Traditional Chinese Medicine. There are sayings from the classical medical materials: foot is similar to the root of the tree, the tree dies from the root, and human ages from the foot.
According to traditional medical science, the human organs were reflected at the bottom of his feet. If something goes wrong with any organ, it will be reflected at certain points at the bottom of his feet. To identify and “Tui-Na” these sick spots can generate surprising results.

Chinese Herb

Herbal preparations come in the forms of tea, powder, or pills. These herbal formulas are carefully prepared from plants, tree branches, leaves, flowers, seeds, or vegetables and are designed to treat specific health problems or correct imbalances in the body. Foods used in herbal treatment include rice, beans, carrots, ginger, scallion and onions

Drink a cup of water after Chinese Qi Gong Tui - Na and Foot Reflexology

When you finish Chinese Qi Gong Tui-Na and foot Reflexology, you should drink a cup of water. Why? Because the Qi Gong Tui-Na and Foot Reflexology can speed the blood circulation, at the same time, the toxic materials inside the muscles and joints (uric acid) will also circulate. If the patient drinks a cup of water, the uric acid will be expelled through perspiration and urine.
